Adventurer Articles

Good morning Grade Eights,
Last week you read a number of articles about people having many different types of adventure. In some of the articles, the adventure was planned ,whereas, in some of the situations the adventure was unplanned. Your job this morning is to find an interesting story about someone's adventure. You will be creating an interview with the adventurer. This interview may be done live, videotaped, created with Puppet Pals, etc. You will work with a partner on this assignment.

When creating your interview, think about the questions your audience would want answered. Think of the 5W's...who, what, where, when and WHY!

Your Friday assignment will be to create a Smartboard game for your novel. (crossword, sequence of events, multiple choice, word scramble, tomato splat, etc). Use Notebook to create your game. You may begin it today if you find your article and have a good start on your interview.

Have a great day!
